Vistoso Creative's purpose is to make that picture in your head come true. You know the one. It might be a little fuzzy or rough around the edges, but that's where our knowledge of design principles and software come in to refine that idea into a reality.
We pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service skills, making the experience of being a client with us smooth and simple. Are you a hands-on type who wants to direct and learn? I love that about you. I'll take your feedback, incorporate it, and explain what you need to know to properly use your design to maximum effect.
Are you super busy with your new business and just need someone to quietly create things for you with no fuss? Congratulations on your success, I'll talk to you when your project is ready for review.

Hey there. My name is Dan and I am the owner, creative director, and sole proprietor of Vistoso Creative. I have over a decade of customer service experience and I truly aim to please. I am a lifelong creative who spent his twenties grinding away in the service industry and, frankly, loving it. I just like helping people, whether it is serving food, holding doors, or making badass branding packages and websites.
Here's a not-so-dirty secret: I really crave a "WOW" moment. Exceeding expectations is the standard here. I started studying graphic design in 2020 and have found a passion for using my creative juices to help small businesses and entrepreneurs discover and implement a visual identity in print and online.
I have lived my whole life in Virginia, but I found a sense of home in the mountains at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. Fresh air, less humidity, and a distinct reduced bug count have kept me coming back to Appalachia. I moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 2017 and I'll never look back. I love it here and I think I'll stay awhile.
I live in Staunton with my lovely and talented wife Joa, our big goofy dog Bernie, and our three cats who love to aid my design work by laying in the middle of my keyboard as I work. I have a passion for arts, music, and good vibes anywhere I can find them. My favorite people to work with are creative professionals who take their work seriously but are also willing to express playfulness and have fun with it.
